2:01:39 Challenge - What is that?

In 2018, Eliud Kipchoge set the current world record of 2:01:39 hours at the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON. What can you do? How many kilometers can you put away in this time — whether you are in running shoes, on inline skates or moving by hand bike or wheelchair? We challenge you to find out!

When do I have to be at the start for the challenge?

You can participate and set your own personal world record any time from September 26, 00:01 MEST until September 27, 2020, 23:59 MEST.

Where can I set my 2:01:39 world record?

No matter where in the world you find yourself, you can participate and become part of the #berlin42community!

Do I have to register to participate?

Yes. You can register on the app or via the Challenge website for free. So let's go, we're looking forward to seeing you!
